Overview

We have 5 stages of development. Each new rep starts as an Apprentice and has a clear set path into management if they hit the indicated bench marks.

As an apprentice you will work with a mentor and learn how to generate your own business by knocking doors and setting appointments for in home presentations. You will learn the steps of the sale and how to present and write your own business. We will not just throw you out to the wolves! We’re here to make sure you succeed to the best of our abilities.

If you are a more seasoned rep we will do an assessment to determine experience level and plug you into the position that fits you best.

To clarify *we do knock doors*, this is our primary way of generating business. If you are not ok with knocking doors 5 days a week (25 hours minimum) then this won’t be the right fit for you. If you love being outside or knocking doors sounds exciting (which it is once you learn how!) then we can show you how to make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year by doing so. This is a skill you get to take with you for the rest of your life- if you can knock a door and generate your own business- you are guaranteed never to go or stay broke.

We have a heavy focus around personal development and team building! We do company outings, team workouts, dinners, ans even company paid vacations! This is a great place and a great team to help you reach all of your personal goals.

Responsibilities/The Impact

  • Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
  • Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the customer's system is turned on
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs, building productive long lasting relationships
  • Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations
  • Accurately disposition and report on outcomes via our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
  • Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership

How you will be Awarded

  • Highly competitive sales commissions paid weekly depending on production.
  • You receive $1,000 the following Friday upon completion of scope of work for a new signed project, and the remainder of your commission the week after install complete.
  • Internal advancement opportunities, as earned.

Please note that the compensation information that follows is a good faith estimate for this position only and is provided pursuant to acts, such as The Equal Pay Transparency Act. It assumes that the successful candidate will be located in markets within the United States that warrant the compensation listed. Candidates in locations outside this local area may have a different starting salary range for this opportunity which may be higher or lower. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short and long term incentives, and program-specific awards. A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
